The Story of Pavithravanam began generations ago through our family’s passion for agriculture. What started as traditional farming has grown into an organic farming and AgriTech journey focused on sustainable agriculture, healthy food, and natural farming products.
Every great journey begins with a strong foundation. For Pavithravanam, that foundation was built generations ago by our ancestors, whose lives were deeply connected to farming. Their dedication to the land, respect for nature, and commitment to agriculture became the values that continue to guide us today.
In 2006, our founders, Mr. Gurusamy P and Mrs. Kavitha G, attended natural farming training and guidance sessions conducted by the legendary organic farming pioneer Dr. G. Nammalvar. These sessions introduced them to the principles of sustainable agriculture, healthy soil, and farming in harmony with nature. Although inspired by these teachings, like many farmers of that time, we continued practicing conventional chemical-based farming while gaining valuable agricultural experience.
By 2023, we made a conscious decision to return to nature. Drawing upon the knowledge gained from Dr. Nammalvar’s training, combined with years of practical farming experience and continuous learning from fellow organic farmers and agricultural experts, we successfully transitioned to 100% organic farming.
A new chapter began in 2024 when our Co-Founder, Sharvesh G, joined the journey with a vision to take our farm beyond local markets. Recognizing the quality and effectiveness of the organic fertilizers developed on our farm, he encouraged the founders to make these products accessible to customers across India through digital platforms.
On 14 August 2024, Pavithravanam was officially established as an online brand, marking the beginning of our digital presence and our commitment to serving a wider community.
Today, Pavithravanam is more than an organic farm. It is a growing enterprise dedicated to organic farming, natural fertilizers, healthy food products, agricultural consultation, and AgriTech innovation. Our products are available through our official website as well as leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces, allowing customers across India to experience the benefits of sustainable agriculture.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains unchanged: to combine traditional farming wisdom, scientific knowledge, and modern technology to build a healthier future for farmers, consumers, and the environment.
